It has been announced that the Disclosure Pilot Scheme (DPS) for the Business and Property Courts, which started on 1 January 2019, has been approved under Practice Direction 57AD. 

This updated Practice Direction (which is in substantially the same form as the initial Practice Direction 51U, which was prepared for the DPS) will apply to existing and new proceedings in the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales from 1 October 2022.
