In collaboration with the World Commerce and Contracting and our US team, we are pleased to announce the launch of the highly anticipated report, ‘The ROI of Contracting Excellence 2023’. This report reveals the critical role that contracts play in shaping an organisation's financial success. Despite their significance, the formation and management of contracts often receive inadequate attention and investment. Building upon research conducted almost a decade ago, our latest study draws upon data from over 1,200 organisations to examine the progress that has since been made. It also explores the influence of technological advancements and market volatility on contract value erosion.
