I am a Corporate lawyer and have extensive experience working in multi-disciplinary teams on domestic and cross-border reorganisations, typically along-side tax and accounting and other professional colleagues.

Advising clients, generally, on the legal feasibility and implementation of group restructurings, refinancings and legal entity reduction projects, including cross-border mergers, transformation of European Companies (Societas Europaea), demergers, intra-group transfer of shares, businesses and assets, distributions, contributions, rationalisation of group loan portfolios, capital reductions and other technical Corporate law matters.
