I am a spirited and fastidious enabler of change on behalf of General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, and Legal Leadership Teams. I have a track record of helping corporate legal departments to tackle a wide range of strategic, operational, financial, and technological challenges in order that they can grow, operate more effectively, and ultimately better demonstrate their value.
Wide-ranging challenges demand broad expertise. I combine my previous background as an ICAEW chartered accountant and then operational excellence consultant with several years of working with over 30+ corporate legal departments and law firms to provide a uniquely broad perspective that weaves together legal know-how, operational discipline, technological innovation, and financial rigour.
