Duncan is the Head of the Planning Team at Deloitte Legal providing advice to developers and landowners on the full spectrum of planning issues across the Living, Regeneration, Development, Major Corporates, Investments and Energy sectors. 

He regularly advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters including s288 challenges, judicial reviews, planning appeals, s106 and infrastructure agreements, planning due diligence, planning enforcement, bio-diversity net gain, community infrastructure levy and environmental impact assessments.
