Pensions specialist Beth Casinelli has been shortlisted for Pensions Lawyer of the Year in the Women in Pensions Awards - testament to her skill, expertise and dedication to moving the industry forward. The Women in Pensions Awards are all about appreciating the most remarkable achievements of women in the sector as they push to make the industry better and brighter every year.

Beth is an avid supporter of social mobility within the legal sector, being a key contributor to the work of the 93% Club - a members' club for people who went to state schools, with the aim of dismantling class inequality.

In addition, Beth has been the driving force behind Deloitte Legal's General Code compliance solution, Compliance Capture, using innovation and technology to efficiently meet trustees' obligations. Compliance capture is a new way of capturing everything required by the Code, acting as both an information gathering and assessment tool. It collates responses and generates a report summarising the current position and setting out recommended actions, all supported by our expert pensions law team.
