I am a partner in Deloitte Legal where I lead the firm’s Legal Entity Management proposition. I have over 15 years’ experience in this area with a focus on delivering multi-jurisdictional engagements. I have extensive experience of global Legal Entity Management and compliance, global corporate governance, corporate transations and corporate transactions, serving clients across a wide range of sectors. I regularly publish on Global Governance trends and Corporate Entity Management.

I hold a degree in Economics and International Relations (Hons) and am the UK qualified Chartered Company Secretary.
